ODESSA - An Odessa man who shot at a furniture repo man was acquitted of aggravated assault charges on Wednesday after only two days of testimony.
Jesus Adame shot at a lack's employee after the employee came to repo Adame's furniture.
But Adame claimed he was scared that worker was actually someone else coming to retaliate against him for testifying in a federal drug case.
