GREENWOOD - Lightning caused a fire to break out in Greenwood on Thursday afternoon.
The fire happened around 2 p.m. in the 2900 block of South County Road 1068.
We're told lightning struck the top of the chimney and went down inside, igniting a fire inside the wall of the living room.
Everyone at the home was able to get out without injury.
The fire was contained to living room and crews were able to put it out.
