HOUSTON - Volunteers are searching for a Houston mother of two who disappeared almost a week ago without a trace and family members are trying to get a hold of one of the children's father who they think may be in Odessa with their son.

Police say the father, Mark Castillano, is not considered a person of interest in Michelle Warner's disappearance.

The family says Castillano lived in a Houston apartment with her, and their son Cayden, but they were not in a relationship.

She was living there because she was out of work but had recently started a new job as a paralegal.

Warner's brother said his sister and Castillano got into a fight shortly before she disappeared on September 21.

Police say warner left the apartment with a friend who later dropped her off after dinner.

She hasn't been seen since.

Her car and purse were left behind.

The family says she would never just disappear on her own and leave behind her 11-year-old daughter and a three year old son.

Texas Equusearch is helping Warner's family search for her.
