GARDENDALE - Three strikes and he's out. A jury sentenced a Gardendale man to life for trafficking meth.
49-year-old Anthony Pope was at the center of a group of meth dealers working out of Odessa, Kermit and Andrews.
The investigation found that pope would get his supply from Hobbs and Dallas once a week and then sell the drugs out of his house in Gardendale.
Because of Pope's past meth convictions and since he was on parole when he was arrested in October, the life sentence was mandatory.
