Another person out of Ector County is being treated for West Nile Virus at Medical Center Hospital and Presidio County just got their first case.
These new cases bring the West Texas total to 24.
So far there have been three deaths, one in Andrews, one in Ector and one in Midland.
Statewide, the total number of deaths from West Nile has risen to 51.
Federal health officials say this is the nation's worst year for the mosquito-borne virus since it was discovered in New York 13 years ago.
Texas has about half of the U.S. deaths from the illness.
