MIDLAND - Tall City residents could soon be paying more for their water.
On Tuesday, the Midland City Council will talk about increasing the city water rates for the second time in a year.
The first rate hike was to get residents to conserve during this drought but the city fell behind in revenue from water sales.
With the cost of bringing water to the basin increasing, officials are looking to make up the difference.
The rate hike could be anywhere between two and 37 percent.
