MIDLAND - A west Midland neighborhood will be doubling in size over the next few months.
Lubbock-based construction company Betenbough Homes has been given approval for a zone change that will allow them to build over 300 homes in the legends park neighborhood.
The homes are expected to run between $140,000 and $200,000.
The company has already made their presence felt in the Tall City.
