ODESSA - Neighbors in Odessa made a disturbing discovery on Thursday night.

The body of a man was found in a pickup sitting right outside of a home.

Detectives tell NewsWest 9, no foul play is involved but they're still trying to figure out exactly how he died.

The man's body was found in a truck in front of a home on the 600 block of Placer around 7 p.m.

Police blocked off the scene for several hours.

Family members say the 43-year-old man had been on a drinking binge for the last three weeks and had been drinking Vodka all day and hadn't eaten.

We're told he went to his truck, rolled up the windows and then passed out.

The Ector County Medical Examiner's Office says no foul play is suspected.

However the investigation continues.
