ODESSA - Pars, cigars and a cowboy legend, that's what you'll have to look forward to at the Odessa Crimestoppers' 2nd Annual Cigarfest Golf Tournament on Wednesday.
The golf tournament starts at 1 p.m. and the Cigarfest begins at 6 p.m.
They will both be at the Odessa Country Club.
Legendary Dallas Cowboy safety Bill Bates will be at the later event.
