ODESSA - One picture paints a grisly scene of an early morning shooting outside Music City Mall in Odessa on Saturday.

Around 1:30 a.m., officers received reports of gunshots and arrived to find three men lying shot in the parking lot in front of 10 Sports Bar.

24-year-old Braushlyon Richardson was believed to be the shooter.

He's charged with killing 23-year-old Pablo Jimenez, a 2008 graduate of Monahans High School.

Richardson also injured 19-year-old Jovanie Bernal and 21-year-old Jesus Garcia, both taken and treated at Medical Center Hospital.

Later Saturday morning, Odessa Police and SWAT teams searched the nearby Regency Square Apartments in Apartment 143 in Building 8.

They closed off all complex entrances and exits and advised everyone to stay in their apartments.

Authorities were gone by 4:30 p.m. and eyewitnesses told NewsWest 9 the police said they never found anyone.

NewsWest 9 never received confirmation that Apartment 143 was connected to the shooting.

Richardson was arrested at the Odessa Police Department, where he turned himself in.

He's charged with first-degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault.

Richardson is now booked in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center, leaving many people at Regency Square relieved that he's off the street, while those who knew Jimenez mourn the loss of his life.
