MARTIN COUNTY - One man has died following an accident on Interstate 20 in Martin County.
Martin County Sheriff John Woodward tells NewsWest 9, 37-year-old Gabriel Sanchez of San Antonio, was riding his motorcycle and was hit by a Mustang and a suburban.
The driver of the Mustang stopped but the driver of the suburban didn't.
The driver was later found in Stanton and criminal charges are pending against the driver for failure to stop at the scene of the accident.
The roadway was closed for five hours while officials worked the scene.
