Chicagoland Call Center & Telemarketing Firm opens a brand new Smart Center in Deer Park, IL to have next generation technology to support the customer service shift to multi-channel customer interactions.

Following the acquisition of Iowa-based call center Greene & Associates in late April, QCSS Inc. set out to open a brand new Smart Center facility. A 'Smart Center' would allow the sales and customer service agents to call on a next-generation dialing platform, while also connecting to web 2.0 tools and applications.
Subsequent to viewing multiple sites, a location in Deer Park was chosen and construction began on the 9,000 square foot space, including a state-of-the-art server room. The finished Smart Center supports nearly 150 sales/customer service agents with individual smart technology stations - these systems allow QCSS agents the opportunity to communicate across multiple channels to better serve each individual client.
The management team previously employed by Greene relocated from their Lincolnshire office to the new Smart Center, adding over 75 years of combined call center management experience to the QCSS team.
After more than 3 years of planning and construction The QCSS Smart Center, located at 21925 Field Parkway in Deer Park, is now fully operational and serving a broad spectrum of clientele.
