KERMIT - Water was on the minds of Kermit's city government during Thursday night's City Council meeting and plenty of decisions were made.
A status report was given on the city's new waste water treatment facility.
During the meeting, it was revealed that the facility will be finished within the next 90 days.
The Kermit City Council also discussing a possible pipeline tapping into Midland County's freshwater supply to help build up their water reserves.
More discussion will be done on that issue.
As far as making city employees exempt from paying for their water, that discussion was tabled.
