The total number of confirmed West Nile cases in the Basin how now risen to at least four.

Just last week, Andrews County had a confirmed case.

Now a spokesperson with Medical Center Hospital says they've been treating three patients with the West Nile virus.

All three are from Andrews County.

On Thursday, the Ector County Health Department also confirmed a case of the virus.
