MONAHANS - Monahans City officials tell NewsWest 9, the Village Farms Greenhouse near their city is now at a standstill when it comes to development, thanks to their lack of housing.
Monahans Mayor David Cutbirth told NewsWest 9 on Wednesday that the greenhouse isn't finished yet and that there were more expansions and developments planned for it when it first opened.
But he said phase two of the greenhouse can't lift off until more housing for more workers is brought in.
