MIDLAND - NewsWest 9 has learned the Mexican national who was hit by a car has died.
Officials at Midland Memorial Hospital confirmed that 25-year old Isai Olvera Mendez Lopez passed away from his injuries.
A car struck Lopez while he was riding his bike in the 1000 block of Lamesa Road.
Lopez failed to yield to the car when he was hit.
He was in the Intensive Care Unit on life support before he passed away.
