MIDLAND - After almost dying in a crash two years ago then being charged in a drunk driving rollover earlier this year, a Midland man gets stuck on the train tracks and police say he'd been drinking.

22-year-old Trent Graves is charged with public intoxication and interfering with railroad property.

We're told Graves called his friends for help but deputies showed up before the guys could get the truck off the tracks.

Deputies say Graves looked drunk and couldn't remember where he was coming from.

Union Pacific says the delay cost them more than $250,000 in losses.

Earlier this year, Graves was booked on DWI charges for a crash back in January that led to a rollover.

That accident happened on loop 250 near the Thomason exit.

No one was seriously hurt in that accident.
