Oilfield Worker Killed in Drilling Accident in Reagan County

REAGAN COUNTY - An oilfield worker is killed in a drilling accident in Reagan County.

The Big Lake Wildcat is reporting the accident happened last Friday on Robinson's Drilling Rig 12.

21-year-old Chase Dillon from San Angelo fell from a rig and died once he arrived at the hospital.

His body was sent to Lubbock for an autopsy to rule out foul play and to protect Reagan County from litigation.

It can take up to a week for the results to come back.
