GAINES COUNTY - A woman, accused in a deadly murder, will be on her way back to Gaines County to face charges.

Desirae Mata waived her right to extradition.

That means she won't try to stay in Alabama where she was caught hiding out earlier this week.

Mata, along with three other men, have been arrested in the murders that happened back in May.

Jay Doyal and John Allen were found shot to death in a home in Gaines County.

The Gaines County Sheriff's Office tells NewsWest 9, they have not arranged a time to go pick her up yet.
