ECTOR COUNTY - A teenager accused of killing a little boy will be in court next week.
Jury selection will begin next Tuesday and he will be tried as a juvenile.
Deputies say last year the 14-year-old caused head injuries to Walker Lumpkin.
The four year old died a few days later.
The medical examiner says walker died from blows to the head.
A week before, investigators say the teen had intentionally run over the boy with a four wheeler.
The teen is not a relative but was living in the family's home.
He's charged with murder and injury to a child.
