ECTOR COUNTY - Two Odessa men were caught with a stolen truck and a stash of drugs on Tuesday morning.

It all happened around 9 a.m. when someone called police saying they spotted their own vehicle, which had been stolen, at 87th and Highway 385.

Officers tried to pull the vehicle over but the driver refused to stop and led them on a chase.

The F-450 truck eventually stopped and 27-year-old Tanner Baze and another man got out and took off running.

However the two didn't get far.

Turns out, that was just the beginning of their troubles.

Over six grams of meth was found stashed in the truck.

The pair are now facing several charges.
