A Midland man was killed in a crash in North Texas on Sunday night.
Troopers say 57-year-old Eddie Durrett was driving late at night in Decatur.
He failed to yield the right of way and a tanker truck slammed into his SUV on the driver's side.
Durrett died at the scene.
We're told Durrett worked for Conoco-Phillips.
A fund has been set up to help his six young children he left behind.
If you'd like to help, you can contact Wells Fargo and ask for the Ed Durrett Children's Education Fund.
