Man Who Went on Drive-By Shooting Spree in Odessa Appears in Court

ODESSA - The Odessa man who went on a drive-by shooting spree back in January was arraigned on Monday.

22-year-old Justin Mireles is charged with several crimes including assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct and drug possession.

Authorities say Mireles just started firing out of his window.

One of his bullets went through Erlinda Zepeda's home and she was hit in her shoulder.

Another homeowner, Adam Moreno, was also shot. He was hit in the chest.

Police say after that, he shot at four other men in a building and a parked car.

His bond is set at more than $450,000.
