BREWSTER COUNTY - An Alpine woman has been charged with intoxication manslaughter in connection with a fatal car/bicycle accident that occurred in Brewster County on Friday afternoon.
DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, the driver, Lesly Lammons, was headed eastbound on U.S. 90 when she struck 60-year-old geologist Rene Joseph Ulmschneider of Midland.
He was also riding his bicycle eastbound and died at the scene.
The Brewster County Sheriff's Office says Lammons has already bonded out of jail.
