MIDLAND COUNTY - A man in Midland County tries to run from police and takes two children along for the ride.
Police say they tried to pull over 37-year-old Vicente Hernandez on Monday night but he refused and took off.
At one point, Hernandez even got out of the car and took off running.
He was eventually caught and arrested.
Soon after, officers found an 11 and 14-year-old in the vehicle Hernandez was driving.
He was slapped with several charges including one for endangering the children.
