ECTOR COUNTY - The autopsy report is back for the man who was found dead in Ector County back in May 2012.
The Tarrant County Medical Deputy Examiner ruled the man's death as a result of natural causes.
As NewsWest 9 reported, a pumper was going to gage a well at a Concho operating lease back in May, south of Fulton and Bell Street. That's when the worker found 42-year-old Humberto Villanueva lying on the ground next to his truck.
Authorities had to use gas masks to go near the body because there was a high presence of H2S gas in the air.
