MIDLAND - A Midland man is headed to prison.
The U.S. Attorney's Office tells NewsWest 9, Carl Woodruff was sentenced to two and a half years behind bars.
He'll also be on probation and will have to pay back almost $3 million dollars.
Woodruff plead guilty back in 2011 for defrauding both the Grady and Reagan County school districts by accepting kickbacks from sub-contractors while overseeing various projects at the school districts.
