ODESSA - We're learning more about what was first thought to be a burglary at an apartment complex in Odessa on Monday night.
Police first told NewsWest 9, a possible burglar fled the scene after two shots had been fired in the air to scare him off.
But after investigating, the victims told officers a man pointed a gun at them for no reason.
Police say two other men may have been at the scene.
Right now, they're investigating it as a case of deadly conduct.
No one's been caught or arrested.
Even though many people heard gunshots, police couldn't confirm that.
