BIG SPRING - A man accused of fathering a child with his daughter will be in court for a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday.
Edgar Whitt is charged with several crimes including child endangerment and continually sexually abusing a child.
Back in March, a young boy was found riding his bike in the middle of a highway at night.
When authorities went to his home, they found he had been restrained.
Authorities say he and two other small children were living in what authorities call deplorable conditions.
