JAL, NEW MEXICO - A Jal, New Mexico woman claims she was raped this past weekend by an older man.

Police have arrested 53-year-old Rolando Garza.

He's charged with false imprisonment and sexual assault charges.

Garza is being held at the Jal city jail until arraignment.

He's being held there on a $100,000 bond.
