MIDLAND - It was a close call for a motorcyclist and their passenger on Sunday evening.

According to scanner traffic, a truck pulled out in front of a motorcycle on the north service road of I-20 and Rankin Highway.

A woman on the motorcycle was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Both the motorcycle and the truck appear to have been traveling at a low rate of speed.

No one else was hurt in the accident.
