ODESSA - With 700 more students expected to live on campus by 2013, UTPB is starting to build more housing.
The 5th phase of housing was approved on Wednesday at a meeting with the board of regents.
Student housing last year was over capacity.
The new apartment-style housing will give 99 new spaces and should be completed by August 2013.
