ODESSA - For five long years, an Odessa girl claims she was forced to have sex as a child.
54-year-old Edward Gallegos is accused of molesting her.
He's accused of forcing a girl to have sex with him beginning when she was just seven years old.
The girl told her mom who told police.
After an interview at harmony home, the girl was given a sexual assault exam which showed injuries consistent with her claims.
Gallegos is charged with continually sexually abusing a child.
