MIDLAND - Midland College is using some of their grant money to fund a new health technology cross-training program.
The program is a six-month training program with all classes offered online.
It will better prepare healthcare and IT workers for the federal mandate that requires all healthcare providers to adopt electronic health records.
Midland College is one of three colleges in the state to offer the training program.
Thanks to the grant, once you complete the course, participants can receive up to $400 in tuition reimbursement.
