ANDREWS - An Andrews man is dead after he rolled his car in Andrews County.
State Troopers tell NewsWest 9, 21-year-old Juan Andres Carrasco died just after midnight.
The accident happened on Southeast County Road 1000.
Troopers say he veered into one ditch, then over corrected and drove into another ditch before his car flipped over.
Carrasco died at the crash site.
