MIDLAND COUNTY - A car stalling out on Highway 191 led to a five car accident.
The accident happened on Monday morning on Faudree Road near the Highway 191 overpass.
A red pickup pulled over when it began to stall, a suburban behind the pickup slowed down only to be rear-ended by a Nissan Sentra.
While all this was happening, two cars, a Dodge and a Ford truck slowed down because of the first accident. A cement truck then hit the Dodge which it turn rear-ended the Ford truck.
The drivers of the cement truck and the Nissan were given tickets for not slowing down to avoid an accident.
The driver the Nissan was also taken to Medical Center Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
