A Big Spring man pleads guilty to sexually abusing a child.
Now, he waits to hear his fate.
On Monday, the trial was set to begin for 48-year-old Michael Dale Hodnett.
Instead, he decided to plead guilty and skip the trial.
Hodnett was arrested two years ago for the crime in Howard County.
