ODESSA - A grand jury didn't find any evidence that two Odessa officers who shot a man in a standoff earlier this month did anything wrong.

The Texas Rangers, who were investigating, say the shooting was justified.

Back on June 5, officers came out to Gregory Stoneman's home on Conley when his ex-wife made a call saying he was suicidal.

We're told he shut his front door on the officers, who also heard shots coming from the home.

We're told Stoneman eventually came outside with a gun.

He was shot, transported to the hospital and survived.

Stoneman has been indicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer.
