According to the US Marshall's office Timothy Fields was captured in Kermit, by Texas Rangers. Supplemental information from Kermit Police Chief Scott Williams says, he was caught at 2:14 a.m., in the attic of a home at 1063 Ryland. Kermit Police and the Winkler County Sheriff's Department assisted in the arrest.

KERMIT - According to the U.S. Marshall's Office, Timothy Fields was captured in Kermit early Wednesday morning.
The Texas Rangers made the arrest. Kermit Police Chief Scott Williams says Fields was caught at 2:14 AM in the attic of a home on Ryland.
