ODESSA - This hot and dry weather has Ector County Commissioners thinking about a burn ban yet again.
The issue is back on the agenda for Monday's regular meeting.
Commissioners lifted the ban just a few weeks ago saying recent rains gave the ground enough moisture.
The burn ban has continuously been on the agenda throughout the last year.
That's not the only ban up for discussion on Monday.
Ector County Commissioners will also be talking about possibly banning certain fireworks for the Fourth of July holiday.
Rockets with sticks and missiles with fins could be scrapped from fireworks sales altogether because they travel long distances.
The same fireworks were allowed in Ector County during the New Year's holiday.
The meeting starts at 10 a.m. on Monday.
