ODESSA - The family and friends of three children killed in a recent car crash hosted a barbecue fundraiser on Saturday.
The family is trying to raise enough money to pay for funeral expenses and medical bills.
The three kids were killed a couple weeks ago when a truck slammed into their packed minivan from behind on Highway 385.
Along with the brisket sale, there was a balloon release filled with messages inside.
A candlelight vigil was also held.
