A UFO festival could be landing in Presidio soon.
The tourism director is proposing a new annual festival that would be called the Border Zone International UFO Festival.
It would be celebrated by Presidio and neighboring Mexican communities.
Tales of a UFO crash in their community back in 1978 brought on the idea.
In 2007, a book was even published on the rumor.
