There's an app for that.
TXU Energy has launched an incredible app called "Brighten I-Thermostat."
With your i-Phone you can actually control your thermostat, no matter where you are.
You can even pre-set temperatures for different times of the day.
The technology is being offered as a solution to save energy.
But it will cost you.
It runs around $7.99 a month and will show up on your TXU electricity bill.
However, the company says in the long run, you'll save big by using pre-programmed settings.
