HOBBS, N.M. - A standoff in one Hobbs neighborhood has come to a close.
The standoff began on Tuesday morning around 11:30 a.m. Central Time near the 500 block of east White Street.
We're told a man had barricaded himself in the home.
According to police, it all started tips came in that a man wanted on federal warrants was at his home.
Police say that SWAT made their way into the home and found the subject was not there.
Police say they will continue to locate the man.
