BIG SPRING - A Big Spring man, accused of fathering a child with his daughter, has been indicted.
Edgar Whitt was indicted on charges of prohibited sexual contact and indecency with a child.
Back in March, a young boy was found riding his bike in the middle of a highway at night.
When they went to his home, they found the boy had been restrained along with two other young kids.
They were living in what officials call deplorable conditions.
Even more disturbing is police say Whitt, who lived at the home, had fathered one of the children with his own daughter, 26-year-old Tamara Whitt.
