MIDLAND - You've seen hot air balloons in the sky but how about inside a library?

The Midland Centennial Public Library is getting one.

A Pennsylvania woman donated a new hot air balloon to be put in the children's area.

Once the balloon makes it town, it'll be cut down so it reaches the ceiling.

The bottom basket of the balloon will be opened for young readers to sit in and enjoy a book.

Facilities director Tim Harris says the new addition will play into the travel theme that architects are aiming for in the children's area.
