Highway 158 Bridge in Ector County to be Closed for Several Weeks

ECTOR COUNTY - A major overpass bridge in Ector County will be closed for a while.

According to TXDOT, the Highway 158 bridge that goes over U.S. Highway 385 in northern Ector County was hit by an oversized load.

The accident has closed down southbound lanes on Highway 385 and traffic will have to leave Highway 385 and use frontage roads to go around the bridge.

TXDOT officials say the overpass will be closed for several weeks.
