BIG SPRING - We're learning more details about the death of a Big Spring man this past weekend.

The death may have stemmed from an ongoing feud between two families.

Police tell NewsWest 9, it appears that Noe Sanchez and some of his family members were leaving the family dollar store that day.

At the same time, members of the Montanez family were walking out of the movie theatre nearby.

We're told Noe Sanchez got a gun out of his car and moved towards the Montanez family.

He fired two shots at a white pickup before getting run over.

After getting hit, police say that Sanchez's wife, 21-year old Tracy Juarez, picked up the gun and fired at the pickup.

It's still unclear who was driving the pickup but we're told it was still on the scene when police arrived.

Three people, including Tracy Juarez, were arrested but only for hindering officers at the scene.

No arrests have been made yet.

Once the investigation is complete, everything will be turned over to the District Attorney and a decision will be made if charges should be filed or if the case should go to grand jury.
