BIG SPRING - One man is dead after a disturbance at the Big Spring Mall.
Police were called out in reference to a shots fired call just after 6:30 p.m. on Sunday evening.
When authorities arrived on the scene, officials found one man down and a large crowd of people.
Officers later learned that there had been a disturbance involving several people then a fight broke out and one subject pulled out a handgun and shots were fired.
No one was hit by the gunfire except for a vehicle that hit 22-year-old Noe Sanchez of Big Spring.
Sanchez was hit by the vehicle and was killed.
Police are still investigating as to who was driving the vehicle and who fired the shots.
No further information is known at this time as police are still investigating.
