Man Pleads Guilty for Possessing a Firearm

MIDLAND - A Midland man who was caught with a gun has waved the white flag.

32-year-old Darius Moten plead guilty for possession of a firearm.

Back in January, an officer saw Moten urinating outside a bar with a hand-gun in his waistband.

He drove off and the officer pulled him over.

During the traffic stop, the officer saw him trying to kick the gun under his seat.

He faces 10 years in federal prison.
